Best Covid Test

Anybody recommend, in your experience, the best company to provide a guaranteed test result please ?
My Mrs has not seen her mother for 18 months, is now panicking about test results not coming back in time before her flight is due to Vienna at the end of the month.
Obvs before she flies she has to prove she can fly, so need to get a negative result

Local NHS PCR test centre will send results within 24hrs

NHS tests may well not be accepted for international travel.
Depends what the airline needs - if it's just PCR then get one two days before travel as they're valid for 72 hours. If you need one within 24 hours too, then the rapid antigen tests at airports are excellent, got my results within 20 minutes.

drive to the test centre at Stansted if you still live out Braintree way. You'll have results in an hour

Do you definitely need a test to enter Austria? You don't need one to leave the UK.
What type of test do you need? Rapid antigen or PCR?

How far into East Sussex? Expresstest at Gatwick (drive through at South Terminal before you enter the chargeable area) will have your results with you by 10pm the next evening if you need a PCR.

Don't forget, she'll also need to test negative within 72 hours of her returning to the UK. Going away next week so

This can all be done very cheaply now. As an NHS membor of staff and flying on BA next week I've got my 'Fit to Fly' test (three days before return) and Day Two (after return) tests bought for £42.40 total.

Qured can be used easily in conjunction with the Verifly app which is handy because the airlines accept it so it saves some hassle at the airport

My wife booked ours for tonight at Stansted. No idea how much, but I think they were around £40.
Wife's friend flew out to Corfu this morning, they all had their tests, none of it was checked at the airport or getting on the plane, just waved through a half empty stansted. Plane only 25% full as well
